Phillip Love is the Founder and CEO of Feel Love Homes.  After completing his Bachelors in Project Management, Phillip became a licensed general contractor and worked for many years in multi-family/residential remodeling, custom homes, and water and fire restoration work.  Having always had entrepreneurial ambitions, he then made the leap to start his own company in 2020 to work directly with homeowners and to build meaningful spaces that make a difference.

With a passion for building meaningful spaces – Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), in-law suites, Tiny Homes, and the like seemed like the perfect niche to focus his energy.  Not only do they make for interesting projects, but the benefits to both the individual homeowner and society are undeniable.

When he’s not working, you’ll likely find Phil spending time with his family, playing or jamming to music, or watching the Tarheels play.

Todd grew up and spent many years in Arkansas before being led to Western North Carolina (greater Asheville area). A serial entrepreneur, Todd has launched and led four successful businesses.
